With the Eats365 + PassKit integration, you can link your POS system to mobile wallet passes, giving customers access to real-time loyalty information, including points, credit balances, and tier status. Passes are kept up to date based on member activity in Eats365, and customers can access them anytime through Apple or Google Wallet.
Setting Up The Integration
To connect your Eats365 account with PassKit, follow these steps from within the PassKit platform:
- Start by creating a new project using the Loyalty + Eats365 template. This pre-configured setup is optimized for Eats365 fields and formatting.
- Go to the Settings tab of your program and select Integrations from the left-hand menu.
- Click Eats365, then toggle the integration on.
- Enter a name for the integration and input your Eats365 Identifier (provided by Eats365).
- Click Save to activate the connection.
After connecting, PassKit will automatically display loyalty data received from your Eats365 POS. Updates should always be made within Eats365, as it remains the system of record.
